Cooking time 30 Min Serves 1-2
Ingredients Grilled beef:
Beef undercut 500 gms
Olive oil 2 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Black pepper ½ Tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce:
Butter 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Mushroom ¼ cup
Milk 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ Tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Tarragon leaves 1 tbsp
Fresh cream ¼ cup
Cheese slice 1
Method
- Take beef fillet and poke holes with meat tenderizer.
- Put the fillet in a dish and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, soy sauce, oregano and Chilli garlic sauce.
- Mix and Marinate for 3 Hours
- Grease grill pan with butter, Place the marinated beef fillet and cook each side for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Set aside
Preparation of Mushroom Sauce:
- Add butter in sauce pan
- Add chopped onion and sauté until light brown
- Add mushrooms, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, tarragon leaves and fresh cream.
- Mix well on low flame.
- Place a cheese slice on top of the steak and pour the sauce on grilled beef fillet and serve with fries.

Cooking time 30 Min. Serving 4-5
Ingredients:
Oil ¼ Cup
Onion (Chopped) 1
Tomatoes (Chopped) 2
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1½ Tsp
Cumin Powder ½ Tsp
Turmeric Powder ½ Tsp
Water 100 ml
Chana Daal 250 Gms
Fresh Coriander
Green Chillies 4-5
All Spices ½ Tsp
For Tempering
Curry Leaves 8-10
Oil
Kashmiri Red chilli ½ Tsp
Method:
- Heat Oil in pan and fry onion until turned light brown.
- Add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well.
- Add Salt, Red chilli powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder and Water.
- Cover the lid of the pan and simmer for ten minutes on low flame.
- Open the lid and mash tomatoes well.
- Add boiled chana daal in pan with water.
- Add fresh coriander, green chillies and garam masala.
- Cook for five minutes on high flame.
- To add tempering, heat oil in frying pan. Add curry leaves and kashmiri red chilli and saute for thirty seconds on high flame.
- Put it over chana daal and serve hot with naan of your choice.

Milk 2 Cups
Almonds 1 Tbsp

Method:
- Take one cup of water and add basil leaves. Leave for thirty minutes.
- Take a cooking pot and add milk in it. Add almonds and pistachio. Cook until milk is reduced to half.
- Add condensed milk. Mix and refrigerate for one hour.
- Take a serving cup and add rose syrup.
- Add basil leves, falooda sev, thick chilled milk, colored jelly, ice cream ,rose syrup, colored jelly almond & pistachios and pineapples.

Boneless Beef Cubes 1 Kg
Raw Papaya 2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 Tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Lemon
Green Chillies

Method:
- Take a bowl and mix raw papaya with beef boti. Marinate for at least one hour.
- Grease cooking pan with oil and cook beef boti on it until it changes its color.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli, red chilli flakes, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and yogurt.
- Mix well and cover the lid of the pan to cook for fifteen minutes.
- Add lemon zest, green chillies and fresh coriander.
- Give coal smoke and cover it for fifteen minutes.
- Serve hot with naan of your choice.

Method:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion until turned light brown. Add tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add Yogurt, Salt, Red chilli, Red chilli flakes, Turmeric powder, Green Chilli paste, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Star Anise, Cumin Seeds and boiled chana daal. Mix well.
- Add rice and water .
- Add fresh Coriander and green chillies and cover the lid of the pot.
- Simmer for 10-15 Mintues on medium low flame
- Serve.

Yogurt ¼ cup

Chicken 1 kg
Oil 1/4 cup

Onion 1

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
All spices 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Water 2 ltr
Salt 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Bay leaves 2
Cinnamon stick 3
Black pepper 15
Cloves 10
Black cardamom 5
Fresh mint leaves
Fresh coriander leaves
Green chillies 4-5
Sliced Lemon
Method:
- Take a bowl and add Yogurt, salt, red chilli, Kashmiri red chilli, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste and lemon zest. Mix well to make masala paste.
- Add chicken and mix well with masala paste.
- Heat oil in cooking pot. Add chicken, cover the lid of the pan and simmer for fifteen minutes in medium-low flame.
- Give coal smoke for ten minutes and keep chicken aside.
- Take another cooking pot and heat oil in it.
- Add onion and fry until light brown. Add tomatoes and cook for a while.
- Take a bowl. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red-chilli, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix well and add in a cooking pot.
- Put chicken in a cooking pot.
- Heat 2 ltr water in a cooking pot.
- Add salt, cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves and black pepper.
- Add basmati rice and boil until 80% done.
- Put the rice over chicken.
- Add fresh mint, coriander leaves, green chillies, sliced lemon, fried onion and gold color.
- Cover the lid of pot and simmer for 10-15 mintues on low flame.
- Serve -

Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts
Walnuts
Raisins
Method:
- Take a pot and add oil, cinnamon stick, star anise, bay leaves, nutmeg, mace, cumin seeds, black pepper, green cardamom, black cardamom and cloves. Mix it.
- Add chopped onion. Mix it well.
- Add blended tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed red chilli, coriander powder and white pepper. Mix it well till the oil separates.
- Add skin chicken full(by Tawaqqo). Cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
- Add water and simmer for 20 minutes on low flame.
- Set aside the chicken.
- Add Basmati rice soaked in water for 30 minutes in the pot and lemon zest. Simmer for 10-15 minutes on low flame.
- Add clarified butter in a pan and add cashew, walnut and rasins. Saute it.
- Set aside.
- Add the chicken in the same pan and fry it for 2 minutes on each side on high flame.
- Assemble the dish and add the dry fruits on top.
- Ready to serve.

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Orange juice 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tsp + water 2 tbsp
Add some orange pieces
Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
Red pepper 4-5
Method:
- Take a bowl and add boneless chicken, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and water. Mix it well.
- Marinate it at least for 30 minutes.
- Take oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken in it. Fry the chicken until it gets golden brown.
- Set aside.
- Add oil onion, capsicum, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder , red chillli flakes, brown sugar, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice in a pan. Stir it.
- Bring it to boil and add corn flour and water mixture. Mix it
- Add fried chicken, some orange pieces, add spring onion chopped and red pepper. mix it.
- Serve it with fried rice.

Split Bengal gram (chana daal) 300 gms
Chopped onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli ½ tbsp.
Crushed red chilli ½ tbsp.
All spices 1 tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tbsp.
Water (as required) 500 ml
Fresh coriander leaves ½ cup
Fresh mint leaves ¼ cup
Green chillies 2
Method:
- In cooking pot, add split Bengal gram(soaked overnight) , chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, crushed red chilli, all spices, cumin seeds and water. Mix well.
- Turn on the flame and bring it to boil.
- Cover the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame.
- Put the Bengal gram mixture in grinder. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies and grind it well to prepare samosa filling.
- Make a paste by mixing 2 Tbsp flour and water.
- Take a samosa pattis and put filling in the one of the corner.
- Fold the patti in the shape of samosa as shown in the video.
- Apply flour paste in the corner to bind the samosa closely.
- Make all samosas with the same method.
- Deep fry them until turned brown.

- Take a bowl and add boneless chicken, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and water. Mix it well.
- Marinate it at least for 30 minutes.
- Take oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken in it. Fry the chicken until it gets golden brown.
- Set aside.
- Add oil onion, capsicum, tomatoes, pineapple, salt, black pepper and white pepper in a pan. Stir it.
- Set aside.
- Take a pan and add oil, ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple juice, salt, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
- Bring it to boil and add the fried chicken and the fried vegetables. Stir it well.
- Add corn flour and water mixture. Mix it
- Add spring onion chopped and mix it.
- Ready to serve.

Cooking time 30 Min. Serving 4-5
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 500gm
Yogurt ¼ cup
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp.
Naseem behari kabab masala 4 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
All purpose flour 2 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Water (as required)
Oil 1 tbsp
Date and tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
Mint and coriander chutney 1 tbsp
Method:
- Take boneless chicken in a bowl and add yogurt, fresh cream, ginger garlic paste and Naseem Behari Kabab masala. Mix it well.
- Marinate it for at least 30 minutes.
- Add oil in a pan and add the marinated boneless chicken in the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir till the oil gets separated on high flame.
- Place a small piece of aluminum foil and place a coal on it. Pour oil on it and cover the pan.
- Give coal smoke for 10 minutes.
- Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, salt and water. Knead well to form a dough.
- Pour oil on the dough and rest it for 15 minutes.
Take small portion of the dough and roll it, to make a Paratha.
- Heat oil in pan and fry paratha from both sides.
- -Add the chicken on the paratha, onions, date and tamarind chutney and mint and coriander chutney. Roll it and serve.

Method:
- Take a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, paprika, all spices, crushed red chilli, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon and oil. Mix it very well to make masala mixture.
- Take fish in a dish and apply masala mixture to both sides of the fish.
- Take oil in a pan and fry the fish each side for 7 minutes on medium flame.
- Serve.

Yogurt 250 gms

Onion 1
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Tomatoes 3
Boiled chickpea 2 cups
Water ½ cup
Roasted potatoes
Coriander ½ cup
Fried onion ½ cup
Green chillies 4
Lemon 1
Gold color 1 tsp
Method:
- Take a pan and add oil, salt and Kashmiri red chilli. Mix well.
- Add boiled potatoes and mix. Set aside the roasted potatoes.
- Take yogurt in a bowl and add Naseem Bombay biryani packet. Mix well.
- Take oil in a pan and add onion in it. Fry until translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Mash it well.
- Add the yogurt paste in the pan and cook until oil gets separated on high flame.
- Add boiled chickpeas and water. Mix well.
- Add Basmati rice boiled with all spices in a pot, Chickpea salan and roasted potatoes.
- Cover all of it with more rice and add fresh coriander, fried onion, green chillies, lemon and gold color on the rice.
- Simmer for 10 minutes on low flame and mix.
- Ready to serve. -

Almonds blanched 9-10
Coconut desiccated 2 tbsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp

Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
Naseem Qorma masala 1 Packet
Oil 1 cup
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Fried onion (crushed) 1 cup
Ginger 1 tsp
Roasted almonds 10
Method:
- Take oil in a pan and add blanched almonds. Fry until golden brown. Set aside.
- Add coconut desiccated, poppy seeds and almonds blanched in a grinder. Grind it well.
- Take yogurt in a bowl and add ‘Naseem Qorma Masala’ and the grinded powder. Mix well.
- Add oil in a pan and add chicken and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the color changes.
- Add the Qorma mixture in to the pan.
- Simmer for 20 minutes on medium flame.
- Add fried onion, ginger and roasted almonds in the pan. Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Ready to serve.

Seasoned flour preparation:

Method:
Butter milk preparation:
- Add Fresh milk and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Rest it for 5 minutes.
Chicken Broast:
- Take chicken with skin and cut it in half.
- Add the butter milk, ginger garlic paste, salt, red crushed chilli, Black pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauce in it. Mix well.
- Marinate at least for 3 hours.
Flour Batter Preparation:
- Take flour in a bowl and add salt, corn flour, egg and cold water. Beat it well.
Seasoned flour preparation:
- Take flour in a bowl and add salt and paprika in it. Mix it.
Chicken Broast:
- Dip the marinated chicken completely in the flour batter. Then dip and cover the chicken completely in the seasoned flour.
- The chicken can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
- Fry the chicken on a low flame until golden brown.
- Ready to serve.

Hara masala
Yogurt ½ cup
Water 600 ml
Method:
- Take oil in a pan and add green cardamom and cinnamon stick. Saute for 3 minutes.
-Add blended onion, ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Green chilli paste(Paste of green chillies 5-6, fresh coriander ¼ cup and cumin seeds 1 tsp), Hara masala(Paste of hari mirch, hara dhaniya and zeera) and yogurt.
-Mix well and cook until oil gets separated on high flame.
- Add water and cook & cover on low flame until meat is tender.
- Mix and serve.

Gram flour 2 tbsp
Fried onion ½ cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Take minced veal in a bowl and add raw papaya. Mix it with hand and marinate for 2-3 hour.
- Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, Kashmiri red chilli, red chilli flakes, All spices, Coriander powder, green cardamom powder, Mace and nutmeg, Gram flour and fried onions a bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
- Add the masala in the marinated veal and add oil in it. Mix well.
- Add some oil in a pan and add the minced veal in it. Cook for 5 minutes on medium high flame.
- Cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
- Place a hot coal in aluminum foil in the center of the pan. Pour some oil on the hot coal.
- Cover for 15 minutes and serve. -

Written Recipe:
Cooking time 20 Min. Serving 8-9
Ingredients:
Oil 5 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Green chillies 6-7
Mushrooms ½ cup
Pack of Mix Veggies by ‘Chop Fresh’ 500 g
Water 2.5 ltr
Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 5 tbsp
Soya sauce 5 tbsp
Chilli sauce 5 tbsp
Boiled macaroni 1 cup
Corn flour and water mixture:
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Method:
- Take oil in a pot and add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and green chillies. Mix well.
- Add mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add mix veggies from ‘Chop Fresh’. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add water and mix it. Bring it to boil.
- Add salt, black pepper, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce, Chilli sauce and Boiled macaroni. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
- Add the mixture of corn flour and water and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Ready to serve. -

Cooking time 30 Min. Serving 4-5
Ingredients:
Split Bengal Gram 250 gms
(soaked for 3-4 hours)
Milk 2 cups
Clarified butter 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Almonds 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Crushed coconuts 2 tbsp
Method:
- Add split Bengal grams in a pan and milk in it. Bring it to boil.
- Cook on low flame until lentil is done. Approx.30-35 minutes.
- Add the Bengal grams in a grinder and grind it well.(Add milk if required)
- Add clarified butter in a pan and add cardamom powder and the grinded Bengal grams.
- Stir continuously for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add sugar in the pan and stir till sugar get dissolved.
- Add almonds, pistachio, raisins and crushed coconuts in the pan. Mix it well.
- Ready to serve.

Written Recipe:
Cooking time 40 Min. Serving 4-5
Ingredients:
Split Bengal gram 300gms
Chopped onions 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli ½ tbsp.
Crushed red chilli ½ tbsp.
All spices 1 tsp
Cumin seeds ½ tbsp.
Water 500 ml
Fresh coriander leaves ½ cup
Fresh mint leaves ¼ cup
Green chillies 2
Eggs 2
Clarified butter/oil 4 tbsp
Long Buns 4-5
Tamarind chutney (Recipe: https://bit.ly/2VtbmAM)
Onion rings
Tomato
Fried kabab
Mint and coriander chutney (Recipe: https://bit.ly/2VtbmAM)
Method:
- Add split Bengal Gram (soaked overnight) in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli, Crushed red chilli, All spices, Cumin seeds and water.
- Bring it to boil and cover & cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame.
- Add the split Bengal gram in a grinder and add fresh coriander, fresh mint leaves and green chillies. Grind it well.
- Make circle out of the grinded substance to make kabab.
- Take two eggs in a bowl and beat them well.
- Add clarified butter or oil in a pan and Pour the beaten eggs in a pan and add the kabab on top of the egg.
- Toast the buns on the pan.
- Add tamarind chutney on the bun and place onion rings and tomatoes on top. Place the fried kabab on top and add mint and coriander chutney on the other bun.
- Assemble the bun kabab and serve it with your favorite chutney.
