Thai Rice

Cooking time 30 Min. Serving 4-5 persons

Ingredients:

Rice 500 Gms

Chicken (Boneless) 500 gms

Garlic Cloves (Chopped) 4-5

Oil 100 ml

Green Chillies (chopped) 4-5

Salt ½ Tsp

Red Chilli 1 Tsp

Red Chilli (Crushed) ½ Tbsp

Soya Sauce 1 ½ Tbsp

Worcestershire Sauce 1 ½ Tbsp

Fish Sauce 1 Tbsp

Method:

– Heat oil in a cooking pan.

– Add chopped garlic cloves and green chillies. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

– Add Chicken.

– Add salt, Red chilli, Soya Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce and Fish Sauce.

– Add boiled rice and mix well with chicken.

– Simmer for 10-15 minutes

– Serve.
