Serving 4-5 Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless 500gms
Corn flour ½ cup
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Water ¼ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Onion cubes ½ cup
Capsicum cubes ½ cup
Tomatoes diced ½ cup
Pineapple cubes 1 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Ketchup ¼ cup
Brown sugar ¼ cup
Pineapple juice 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tsp + water 2 tbsp
Spring onion chopped ¼ cup
Method:
– Take a bowl and add boneless chicken, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and water. Mix it well.
– Marinate it at least for 30 minutes.
– Take oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken in it. Fry the chicken until it gets golden brown.
– Set aside.
– Add oil onion, capsicum, tomatoes, pineapple, salt, black pepper and white pepper in a pan. Stir it.
– Set aside.
– Take a pan and add oil, ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple juice, salt, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
– Bring it to boil and add the fried chicken and the fried vegetables. Stir it well.
– Add corn flour and water mixture. Mix it
– Add spring onion chopped and mix it.
– Ready to serve.
