Ingredients (For Chicken Gravy):

 

Chicken (Boneless)                250 gm

Oil                                           ¼ Cup

Garlic (Chopped)                    1 Tbsp

Onion                                      1

Salt                                          ½ Tsp

Red Chilli                               ½ Tsp

Black Pepper                          ½ Tsp

Chicken Powder                     ½ Tsp

Soya Sauce                             1 Tbsp

Chilli Sauce                            1 Tbsp

Tomato Ketchup                     1 Tbsp

 

Ingredients (For Vegetable Spaghetti/Noodles):

 

Spaghetti                                 200 Gms

Oil                                           4-5 Tbsp

Carrot                                      1 Cup

Capsicum                                1 Cup

Cabbage                                  1 (Small)

Salt                                          1 Tsp

Black Pepper                          1 Tsp

 

Ingredients (For Mayo Sauce):

 

Mayonnaise                            ½ Cup

Ketchup                                  4 Tbsp

Chilli Garlic Sauce                 1 Tbsp

Vinegar                                   1 Tbsp

 

Ingredients (For Tampering {Tarka}):

 

Boiled Rice                             1 Cup

Oil                                           3 Tbsp

Garlic (Chopped)                    9-10 Cloves

Green Chillies                         8-9

Peanuts                                    ½ Cup

 

 

Method to prepare Chicken Gravy:

 -Heat oil in cooking pan.

– Add chopped ginger and Saute for two minutes.

– Cut onion in slices and add in oil. Cook for five minutes on low-medium flame.

– Add Chicken, Salt, Red Chilli, Black Pepper, Chicken Powder, Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce and Tomato Ketchup. Mix Well and cook for 10 minutes on Low-Med Flame. Keep Aside

 

Method to prepare For Vegetable Spaghetti/Noodles:

– Heat oil in Pan.

– Add Capsicum and Carrot. Saute for two minutes on High Flame.

– Add Cabbage, salt and black pepper and stir cook.

– Add boiled Spaghetti and mix with vegetables while cooking on low-medium flame.

– Seat Aside

 

Method to prepare Mayo Sauce:

– Take Mayonnaise in a small bowl.

– Add Ketchup, Chilli Garlic Sauce and Vinegar

– Mix Well and keep aside.

 

Method to prepare Tampering (Tarka):

 

– Heat Oil in Pan.

– Add chopped garlic and saute.

– Stir cook and keep aside. Add green chillies and peanuts.

 

Final Arrangement:

– Spread a layer of boiled rice in a serving dish.

– Add a layer of spaghetti/noodles.

– Add another layer of chicken gravy.

– Spread fried peanuts and green chillies

– Add mayo sauce on top and serve.
