Pizza Omelette

Ingredients

  • Tomato 01 Small
  • Capsicum 01 Small
  • Onion 01 Small
  • Sausages (Boiled) 01
  • Mushroom 03
  • Eggs 04
  • Salt ½ Tsp
  • Black Pepper ½ Tsp
  • Oil 3 Tbsp
  • Cheese (Mozzarella)
  • Black Olives (cut) 9-10 pieces
  • Red Pepper (Crushed) 1 Tsp
  • Oregano 1 Tsp

Method

  • Cut tomato, capsicum, onion and mushroom into small pieces
  • Cut sausages into circular cuts
  • Put eggs in bowl and add salt & pepper
  • Beat well
  • Mix mushroom, capsicum and tomato with beaten eggs
  • Preheat pan with oil
  • Fry for two minutes on low flame
  • Add onion and sausages
  • Add Mozzarella cheese, olives, red pepper and oregano
  • Cover the pan and cook on low flame for two minutes
  • Serve with the bread of your choice and enjoy!
