Orange Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless 500gms

Corn flour ½ cup

All purpose flour 3 tbsp

Egg 1

Salt ½ tsp

Black pepper ½ tsp

White pepper ½ tsp

Garlic powder ½ tsp

Soy sauce 1 tbsp

Water ¼ cup

Oil 3 tbsp

Onion cubes ½ cup

Capsicum cubes ½ cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ginger powder 1 tsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Red chilli flakes 1 tsp

Brown sugar ½ tbsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Soy sauce ¼ cup

Orange juice 1 cup

Corn flour 1 tsp + water 2 tbsp

Add some orange pieces

Spring onion chopped ¼ cup

Red pepper 4-5

Method:

– Take a bowl and add boneless chicken, corn flour, all purpose flour, egg, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce and water. Mix it well.

– Marinate it at least for 30 minutes.

– Take oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken in it. Fry the chicken until it gets golden brown.

– Set aside.

– Add oil onion, capsicum, salt, ginger powder, garlic powder , red chillli flakes, brown sugar, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar and orange juice in a pan. Stir it.

– Bring it to boil and add corn flour and water mixture. Mix it

– Add fried chicken, some orange pieces, add spring onion chopped and red pepper. mix it.

– Serve it with fried rice.
