Ingredients:
Fish 500 gms
Salt ½ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
All spices ½ tsp
Crushed red chilli ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Lemon 1
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
– Take a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, paprika, all spices, crushed red chilli, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon and oil. Mix it very well to make masala mixture.
– Take fish in a dish and apply masala mixture to both sides of the fish.
– Take oil in a pan and fry the fish each side for 7 minutes on medium flame.
– Serve.
