Ingredients:
Fish (Fillets) 500 gms
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger-Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Salt ½ Tsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
Red Chilli Powder ½ Tsp
Red Chilli (Crushed) 1 Tsp
Black Pepper ½ Tsp
Cumin Seeds ½ Tbsp
Crushed Coriander ½ Tsp
Ajwain ½ Tsp
Lemon 1
Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
Maida 1½ Tbsp
Egg 1
Method:
– Take a pot and add ginger & garlic paste, salt, Ajwain, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, crushed coriander, turmeric powder, red chili (powder & crushed), lemon juice, egg & Maida flour.
– Mix them well to make paste for marination
– Take fish fillet in another pot and marinate it with the prepared paste. – Marinate it for at least one hour. – Fry it on Tawa (flat Pan). – Serve with chutney and Naan of your choice.
