Italian Pasta Salad

Nothing beats a nutritious and tasty Salad. This appetizing classic “Italian Pasta Salad'' made with exquisite selection of vegies complimented with Bologna slices is just what you need for a light dinner

Cooking Time: 20 mins Serves 4-5


Boiled pasta                               1 cup

Cucumber                                  1

Tomatoes                                    2

Onion                                         1

Olives                                         ¼ cup

Bologna Slices                           5

Fresh coriander                          ½ cup

Salad Dressing:

Olive oil                                     ½ cup

Vinegar                                      3 tbsp

Salt                                             ½ tsp

Black pepper                              ½ tsp

Powdered Sugar                         1 tsp

Parmesan Cheese                        ¼ cup

Mayonnaise                                1 tbsp

Dried oregano                             ½ tsp

Grated garlic clove                     1


  • Add pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, olives, bologna slices and fresh coriander in a salad dish or bowl. Set aside.
  • Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, powdered sugar, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, dried oregano and grated garlic clove in a jar. Shake the ingredients well.
  • Add the oil in the pasta dish and mix well.
  • Ready to serve.
