Hara Masala Mutton

Cooking time 40 Min. Serving 4-5 Ingredients:

Oil ½ cup

Green cardamom 6-7

Cinnamon stick 2

Blended onion 2

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Mutton ½ kg

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper ½ tsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Green chilli paste

Yogurt ½ cup

Water 600 ml


– Take oil in a pan and add green cardamom and cinnamon stick. Saute for 3 minutes.

-Add blended onion, ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Green chilli paste(Paste of green chillies 5-6, fresh coriander ¼ cup and cumin seeds 1 tsp), Hara masala(Paste of hari mirch, hara dhaniya and zeera) and yogurt.

-Mix well and cook until oil gets separated on high flame.

– Add water and cook & cover on low flame until meat is tender.

– Mix and serve.
