For Sauce:

Oil 3 Tbsp
Ginger-Garlic paste 1Tsp
Onion (Finely chopped) 1
Tomato ½ Kg
Salt ½ Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Vinegar 1 Tsp
Ketchup ½ Cup
Oregano 1 Tsp

For Filling:

Oil 3 Tbsp
Minced Chicken ½ Kg
Ginger-Garlic paste 1Tsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp
Cheddar Cheese 1 Cup
Mozarella Cheese 1 Cup


Sauce Preparation:

– Heat Oil in pan and Mix ginger-garlic paste in it.
– Add onion Take oil in a pan and add onion.
– Blend tomatoes and add add tomato paste in pan.
– Add salt, red chilli flakes, sugar, vinegar and ketchup and cook the mixture for ten minutes on medium flame.
– Mix oregano and set aside.

Note: You may store this sauce in refrigerator for upto one month.

Chicken Filling:

– Heat Oil in pan and add chicken mince in it.
– Add ginger-garlic paste, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chilli flakes and cook for fifteen minutes on medium flame.
– Mix pizza sauce with chicken.


– Grease baking dish with oil or butter.
– Cover it with lasagna sheets.
– Add chicken filling and sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
– Repeat the same process.
– Sprinkle cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and dried oregano.
– Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 C or until cheese is golden brown.
– Serve
