Ingredients:
Butter Milk Preparation:
Fresh milk 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chicken Broast:
Chicken(with skin) ½ kg
Butter milk ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Flour Batter Preparation:
Flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Cold water as required
Seasoned flour preparation:
Flour 2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Method:
Butter milk preparation:
– Add Fresh milk and lemon juice. Mix well. – Rest it for 5 minutes.
Chicken Broast:
– Take chicken with skin and cut it in half.
– Add the butter milk, ginger garlic paste, salt, red crushed chilli, Black pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauce in it. Mix well.
– Marinate at least for 3 hours.
Flour Batter Preparation:
– Take flour in a bowl and add salt, corn flour, egg and cold water. Beat it well.
Seasoned flour preparation:
– Take flour in a bowl and add salt and paprika in it. Mix it.
Chicken Broast:
– Dip the marinated chicken completely in the flour batter. Then dip and cover the chicken completely in the seasoned flour.
– The chicken can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
– Fry the chicken on a low flame until golden brown.
– Ready to serve.
