Ingredients:
Onion 1 small
Tomato 1
Capsicum 1
Cucumber 1
Red beans ½ cup
Sweet corns ½ cup
Chopped green chillies 2
Olive oil ¼ cup
Salt A pinch
Black pepper A pinch
Honey 1 Tbsp
Lemon 1
Method:
– Take a salad bowl or dish and add chopped onion, Tomato, capsicum, cucumber, beans, sweet corns and green chillies.
– Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, honey and lemon in a jar. Mix it well
– Add olive oil in the dish and mix the salad.
– Sprinkle some fresh coriander and serve.
