Classic Chowmein

Ingredients:

 

Chicken                                   250 grms

Salt                                          ½ tsp

Black pepper                           ½ tsp

White pepper                          ½ tsp

Soya sauce                              1 tbsp

Corn flour                               1 tbsp

Oil                                           ½ cup

Chopped garlic                       1 tbsp

Capsicum                                1 cup

Carrot                                      1 cup

Cabbage                                  ½

Black pepper                           ½ tsp

Soya sauce                              2 tbsp

Chilli sauce                             2 tbsp

Boiled egg noodles                 200 gms

 

 

Method:

 

  • Take chicken in a bowl and add salt, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce and corn flour. Mix it well.
  • Take oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add the chicken in the oil and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add capsicum and carrot. Cook for 3 minutes on high flame.
  • Add cabbage, black pepper, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Mix it well.
  • Add Boiled egg noodles and mix it.
  • Ready to serve.
