Chilli Prawns

Ingredients:

Prawns 300gms
Salt ¼ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Green chillies 3
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar ¼ tsp
Water ¼ cup

Method:
– Take a bowl and add prawns, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, corn flour, All purpose flour and egg. Mix it well.
– Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns until it gets golden brown.
– Take oil in a pan and add garlic, green chillies, black pepper. Mix them.
– Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, water and the prawns.
– Mix it well and serve.
