Chicken Spaghetti with Red Sauce

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken 250 gms
  • Spaghetti 300 gms
  • Oil 200ml
  • Onion (chopped) 1 medium size
  • Ginger /Garlic Paste 01 Tbsp
  • Tomatoes 03
  • Salt 01 Tbsp
  • Red Chilli (Crushed) 01 Tbsp
  • Vinegar 01 Tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 01 Tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce 01 Tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce ½ cup
  • Lemon 1
  • Green Chillies 2 / 3
  • Coriander leaves

Method

  • – Heat oil in pan for 2/3 minutes.
  • – Put chopped onion in pan and saute until light brown.
  • – Mix ginger/garlic paste with oil & onion
  • – Put chicken in pan and cook while mixing for 3-4 minutes
  • – Blend tomatoes to make its paste and mix it with chicken
  • – Put salt, red chilli, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce in pan and mix well with chicken
  • – Add one glass of water and mix well
  • – Add lemon syrup, green chillies and coriander leaves
  • – Add boiled spaghetti and mix it with chicken
  • – Serve with lemon
