Chicken Boneless 500 gm

Salt 1 Tsp

White Pepper 1 Tsp

Corn Flour 2 Tbsp

Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp

Egg (Beaten) 1

Oil 1 Cup

Garlic Cloves 4-5

Spring Onion (White) 2

Capsicum 4-5

White Pepper ½ Tsp

Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp

Green Chillies 4-

5 Spring Onion (green)


– Take chicken in a bowl.

– Add salt, white pepper, soya sauce and egg. Mix well.

– Heat oil in pan and fry chicken until golden brown. Keep Aside

– Heat oil in another pan. Saute garlic and spring onion until light brown.

– Add fried chicken, capsicum, salt, white pepper and soya sauce. Mix well while cooking on low flame.

– Add green chillies.

– Garnish with spring onion (green) and serve with Fried Rice -
