Boneless chicken 250 gms

Salt ½ tsp

Red chilli powder ½ tsp

All spices ½ tsp

Black pepper ½ tsp

Coriander powder ½ tsp

Turmeric powder ¼ tsp

Lemon 2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Corn flour 3 tbsp

Egg 1

Oil 2 tbsp

Cumin seeds ½ tsp

Chopped garlic ½ tsp

Chopped ginger ½ tsp

Green chillies 3

Red chillies 3

Ketchup 1 tbsp

Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp

Kashmiri red chilli 1 tsp

Water ¼ cup

Gold color ½ tsp


– Take boneless chicken in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, all spices, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric , lemon, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and egg. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

– Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until it gets golden brown.

– Take oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped garlic and ginger, green chillies, red chillies. Mix well.

– Add ketchup, chilli garlic sauce and Kashmiri red chilli. Mix well.

– Add water, the chicken in the pan and gold color in the pan. Mix well.

– Ready to serve.
