Ingredients:
Chicken 300 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 Tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Lemon 1/2
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Tomatoes 500 gms
Salt 1 Tsp
All spices ½ tsp
Kashmiri red chilli 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts ½ cup
Butter 5 tbsp
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Kasturi methi 1 tsp
Method:
- Take chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, lemon and yogurt in a bowl. Mix it well and marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Take oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook until oil gets separated on low flame.
- Take oil in a pan and add butter and chopped garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add tomatoes, salt, all spices, Kashmiri red chilli, sugar and cashew nuts. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Simmer for 15 minutes on low medium flame.
- Mix it and turn of the stove. Grind it well.
- Turn on the flame and add butter, fresh cream and kasturi methi. Mix it well.
- Add the chicken and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
