Cooking Time: 30mins Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
Beef (undercut) 500 gms
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 1 small
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum 1
Green chillies 4-5
Method:
- Take beef in a bowl and add salt, white peeper, corn flour, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix it well.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef until it gets tender on medium high flame.
- Take oil in a pan and add garlic. Saute for 2 minutes on medium high flame.
- Add onion in the pan and cook until it gets translucent.
- Add the beef, salt, white pepper and soya sauce in the pan. Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Add capsicum and green chillies in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Sprinkle some spring onion and voalla!
- Ready to serve.
