Beef Dry Chilli

Cooking Time: 30mins Serves 4-5




Beef (undercut)                       500 gms

Salt                                          1 tsp

White pepper                          1 tsp

Corn flour                               2 tbsp

Vinegar                                   1 tbsp

Soya sauce                              1 tbsp

Oil                                           4-5 tbsp

Garlic                                      1 tbsp

Onion                                      1 small

Salt                                          ½ tsp

White pepper                          ½ tsp

Soya sauce                              1 tbsp

Capsicum                                1

Green chillies                         4-5




  • Take beef in a bowl and add salt, white peeper, corn flour, vinegar and soya sauce. Mix it well.
  • Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the beef until it gets tender on medium high flame.
  • Take oil in a pan and add garlic. Saute for 2 minutes on medium high flame.
  • Add onion in the pan and cook until it gets translucent.
  • Add the beef, salt, white pepper and soya sauce in the pan. Cook it for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Add capsicum and green chillies in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
  • Sprinkle some spring onion and voalla!
  • Ready to serve.
