Ingredients:
Oil 3 cup
Onion julienne 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chillies 2-3
Tomatoes diced 1 cup
Boneless chicken minced 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chilli 1 tsp
Ketchup ¼ cup
Chilli garlic sauce ¼ cup
Water ½ cup
Carrot diced 1 cup
Capsicum green cubes 1 cup
Peas peeled 1 cup
Boiled Shell pasta 1-1/2 cup
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 3 tbsp
Method:
– Take oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies ans saute’ till the onion gets translucent
-Add tomatoes and mash it well
-Add Boneless minced chicken, salt, crushed red chilli, ketchup, chilli garlic ketchup and water and cook for 10 minutes.
– Add carrot, capsicum, peas and boiled shell pasta. Mix well.
– Add mixed herbs and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
– Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and serve.
