Whole Chicken (With Skin)   1

Yogurt                                     ½ Cup

Ginger-Garlic Paste                1 Tbsp

Salt                                          1 Tsp

Red chilli                                2 Tsp

Red chilli Flakes                     2 Tsp

Coriander Powder                   1 Tsp

Cumin Powder                        1 Tsp

All Spices Powder                  1 Tsp

Black Pepper                          1 Tsp

Black Salt                               1 Tsp

Mace Powder                          ¼ Tsp

Nutmeg Powder                      ¼ Tsp

Green Chilli Paste                  1 Tbsp

Vinegar                                   2 Tbsp

Lemon                                     1

Gold Color                              ¼ Tsp

Oil                                           1 Cup



  • Take a bowl and mix Yogurt, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Salt, Red chillil, Red chilli Flakes, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, All Spices powder, Black Pepper, Black Salt, Mace Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Green Chilli Paste, Vinegar, Lemon Syrup and Gold Color.
  • Take whole chicken, poke holes in it and marinate with above mixture for at least 6-7 hours..
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Put chicken in pan. Cover the lid and simmer for 20 minutes on low flame.
  • Flip the chicken and cook other side for fifteen minutes.
  • Serve with fries and salad..
