Chicken 1 Kg
Oil 1 Cup
Salt 1 Tsp
Ginger (chopped) ½ Tbsp
Garlic (chopped) ½ Tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Star Anise 2
Black Pepper (Whole) 8-9
Cinnamon Stick 2-3
Black Cardamom 2
Yogurt 1 Cup
Red Pepper (Whole) 9-10
– Cut onion into slices.
– In a cooking pan, add onion, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Bay leaf, Star Anise, Black Pepper (Whole), Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Cardamom, Yogurt and Red Pepper (Broken). Mix all ingredients.
– Mix chicken in it.
– Add oil and cook it on medium flame till boil.
– Cover the lid of the pan and cook for 20-25 minutes on medium low flame, until the oil gets separated.
